Any personal information you provide will only be used to register you as an Indek customer and for future marketing purposes from Indek. Identity information includes first and last names, country of residence, and nationality. Contact and preference data: e-mail address and phone number, marketing preferences.

Baggage data includes luggage quantity, description of your luggage, the weight of your luggage, baggage contents and personal effects, the value of baggage contents, and/or hotel or other address information, as well as any other relevant information that we may reasonably require and request to evaluate and process your request for our services. Photographic data: We created and used photographs of bags and images of passports or national IDs to comply with relevant security requirements. Data for troubleshooting: Details of any errors that you have chosen to send to us.

We may be required to share personal/financial information with I third-party payment gateways to process transactions and payments on the Website/Application; and (ii) third-party entities that partner or collaborate with us to provide Services to you.

LOCATION SERVICES

To participate as an Indek Pilot, you must grant the Indek Pilot Services access to your mobile operating system ("Platform") or browser's permission system. When the Indek Pilot app is running in the foreground or background of your device, we may collect the precise location of your device.

Your IP address may also be used to determine your approximate location. When you begin or engage in delivery through the Indek Go Services (a "Delivery"), we use your location information to verify that you are present in your preferred region or city, connect you with delivery opportunities in your zone, and track the progress and completion of your Deliveries.

You can enable location tracking through your device's or Platform's settings, or when prompted by the Indek Pilot mobile app. If you disable the location feature on your device or Platform, the Indek Pilot App will not receive precise location information from your device, preventing you from Tripping and receiving delivery opportunities in your area.

COOKIES

For system administration, we may collect information about your computers, such as your IP address, operating system, and browser type. This is statistical information about our users' browsing habits and behaviours that do not identify any individual.

For the same reason, we may collect information about your general internet usage by using a cookie file that is stored on your computer's hard drive. Cookies contain data that is saved to your computer's hard drive.

They assist us in improving our Mobile Application and providing a better and more personalized service.

They allow us:

• To estimate the size of our audience and their usage patterns.
• To save information about your preferences, allowing us to tailor our Mobile Application to your specific needs.
